The prep worker for the paint department prepares parts for painting by cleaning parts, removing welding slag, marker and other contaminants from parts prior to painting to ensure that the paint can be applied in the appropriate manner for the correct coverage. The prep worker will also apply tape to certain materials to ensure that paint is, or is not, applied to the appropriate areas of the product.

Insurance starts the first of the month after 30 days of employment. RiteWay pays $315 per month towards the employee’s health insurance, 50% of employee’s dental insurance, 100% of employee’s vision insurance and Freshbenies account. All other insurance is 100% employee paid. Coverage for dependents is available at the expense of the employee.
Simple IRA with Company match of up to 3% is available after one year of employment.
Compensation and benefit plans are subject to future adjustments as part of an on-going program.
